Elovay

One Album

Known for their catchy choruses and riffs, the indie surf-rock quartet released their five track EP, Sort It Out. They teamed up with Grammy nominated producer Billy Mohler (Lady Gaga, Kelly Clarkson, Awolnation, Macy Gray, Liz Phair) to record the EP at his studio in Venice Beach. A fitting location for the conception of the record, bursting with sun soaked, beach-y California twang that truly captures the essence of the band's west coast environment.
Their first single "Sort It Out" got picked up by Spotify's "Fresh Finds" playlist within days of its release, racking up over a half-of-a-million streams. Their music video also landed on MTV in Australia & New Zealand. At the release of "Say Anything", Live Nation's "Ones To Watch" hopped on board to become their premiere partner. Elovay's singles "Sort It Out" and "Say Anything" are currently playing in 26 stores worldwide, including 5,600 Taco Bell locations.

Extra Unmotivated Sort It Out

Lyrics:

Answer the phone, another no Sittin’ at home Negativity’s in my head. Sittin’ comfortably, in my head. I’m sinkin’ in I’m feelin’ extra unmotivated I’m feelin’ extra unmotivated The feelin’ of self worth is overrated. ‘Cause I’m feelin’ extra unmotivated Feelin the strain, positivity, begins to drain This uncertainty’s in my head. Second guesses just Fill my head I’m feelin’ extra unmotivated I’m feelin’ extra unmotivated The feelin’ of self worth is overrated. ‘Cause I’m feelin’ extra unmotivated

Lyrics:

Melbourne is where I'm from L.A. has become my home I feel the pressure everyday It's let down and I question my stay A staircase or a doorway through The latter has the nicest view Would I be happy if I got there today My perception of success is being strained Oh mate, I feel your pain I really do And I feel the same This is right here What you signed up for You'll sort it out To sort it out Sort it out In the end it will work out But when does that become right now I'm craving validation in me The voice in my head tells me Yeah mate, I feel your pain I really do And I feel the same This is right here What you signed up for You'll sort it out, to sort it out (I just want to know what's going on) (I just want to know what's going on) (I just want to know what's going on) (I just want to know what's going on) Now mate, I feel your pain I really do And I feel the same This is right here What you signed up for You'll sort it out, to sort it Mate, I feel your pain I really do And I feel the same This is right here What you signed up for You'll sort it out (sort it out) Mate, I feel your pain (sort it out) And I feel the same (sort it out) Mate, I feel your pain (sort it out) And I feel the same (sort it out)

Say Anything Sort It Out
03:29

Lyrics:

LAX in your favorite hat what came next, made you take it off windows down, tensions on the rise we got home, and then we said goodbye 3 days have gone, and still no word Please say anything right now babe I’m sorry how all this turned out How we ended things Is this really happening Sitting on the floor, over analyzing thoughts Waiting for the call, days of silence pushing four I text your friends, to give me the report but now there’s a divide, on who they will support. Now I’m sorry that I left you all alone But I wish you’d hear me out over the phone And I know you want to be left by yourself But I don’t think total silence really helps Please say anything right now babe I’m sorry how all this turned out How we ended things Is this really happening

Modelo (Explicit Lyrics) Sort It Out

Lyrics:

I’m stuck in this world and I can’t move forward Can’t talk to her friends ‘cause it’s fucking awkward I’m sick of this feeling that you’re enjoying Does it need to be this way? I’m being held hostage in my own head, A battle of power and discipline I have no ill feelings, don’t want to compete here Can you loosen up, on me? Can you loosen your grip on me please? ‘Cause all I want to do, is close this chapter and move on, from this And lift this anchor from my mind, it’s stuck I need your help so please just talk to me, release I’m sippin’ a Modelo I think I’ll just let this go I’ll hit it with the peace sign ‘Cause everything will be alright It’s easy to hate than to understand me You’re shutting me out, you don’t want to be challenged Since when is the answer to bottle our feelings? It’s time to face reality. It’s time to deal with your problems with me. ‘Cause all I want to do, is close this chapter and move on, from this And lift this anchor from my mind, it’s stuck I need your help so please just talk to me, release I’m sippin’ a Modelo I think I’ll just let this go I’ll hit it with the peace sign ‘Cause everything will be alright

Sleep Walking Sort It Out
04:02

Lyrics:

The deeper I get in the harder it becomes to get out But that’s the game we’re playin’ it’s an exit or a broken heart No commitment is the dream, but not reality. Everyone’s just sleepwalking, until their person walks in So for now I’m sleepwalking Pay for alcohol and rent Auto pilot switch is on In gear and cruising on my own We give the same excuses but they’re really just polite lies “I’m sorry, I’m not ready” is rejection in it’s own right Through the motions we will go, until that motion get old And it’s so transactional and that’s the only real thing. So for now I’m sleepwalking Pay for alcohol and rent Auto pilot switch is on In gear and cruising on my own
